10 Pointers On Feeling Good Inwardly

1.Make up in your mind that you’re beautiful, and not just with makeup or expensive clothing.
2. Think about happy past and present memories. When you dwell on bad memories, bad feelings arrive.
3. Enjoy a manicure and pedicure at least once a month.
4. Encourage Others.
5. Keep people in your life that really, truly, sincerely care about you.
6. Go on a private retreat.
7. Read motivational books.
8. Spend more time with your children.
9. Buy a new item, but choose wisely.  J
10. Listen more than speaking.
